Do your prices include GST?
Can I pay by Credit Card?
Yes, we accept all Visa and Mastercard via NAB Transact which is SECURE and convenient to use.
Once we have ordered online what is the average time before we can collect?
Once your order has been received, you will receive an email confirmation and then a second email outlining the pick-up time. Generally, please allow between 1 & 5 working days from time of order.

What times can we collect our Skylights?
Once you have received our confirmation email confirming your order, you can collect at any time Monday to Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm.

What warranty's comes with each Velux product?
Velux skylights, roof-windows and flashings all come with a 10-year warranty, Sun Tunnels with a 7 year warranty. Velux also provide a 3 year warranty to all blinds, electronic components and accessories.
What about returns or refunds?
Custom Skylights will accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return is within 7 days of collection,
- The goods are unopened in their original condition,
- There is a restocking fee of $80.00 and proof of purchase per order,
- If the wrong skylights or roof windows are supplied from us there are no charges.
Items must be delivered back to our warehouse at the customer’s expense. Please check carefully before placing an order.
DO NOT OPEN BOXES UNTIL YOU ARE SURE THAT YOU HAVE THE CORRECT ITEMS (WE WILL NOT ACCEPT OPEN BOXES!)
What is flashing?
Skylight flashing is an important part of any skylight system.
Our multi-purpose skylight flashing kits can be used for both tile and corrugated roofs and are designed to shed water and ensure a weathertight fit for the skylight.
As some clients and tradespeople prefer to use their own pre-made flashing, we do not include this in our standard prices. This is an optional but generally required extra.
